The drawing is sponsored by My Usuals, an individual sole proprietor (“Sponsor”). Contact: Jmejia@MyUsuals.com. The drawing is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Visa or by any restaurant or business that uses My Usuals.
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older and who have received a feedback text from a business that uses My Usuals. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
By text: reply with a single number (1, 2, 3 or 4) to the feedback text you received. Your reply is your entry. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Free alternate method of entry: email Jmejia@MyUsuals.com with the subject “Drawing entry,” your first name, the mobile number that received the text, and the business that sent it. Email entries receive the same single entry and are subject to the same limits.
Limit one (1) entry per person per calendar month. Entries are considered made by the authorized account holder of the mobile number.
Each calendar month is a separate entry period, beginning at 12:00 a.m. and ending at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of the month. One winner is selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during that month, within seven (7) days after the period ends.
One (1) prize per month: a Visa gift card with an approximate retail value of $20 USD. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received that month. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The winner is responsible for any taxes.
The winner is notified by text message at the number used to enter. If the winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days, or is found ineligible, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn. The Sponsor will send a winner's list on request to Jmejia@MyUsuals.com.
Entries are handled under our Privacy Policy. Entering the drawing does not opt you into additional marketing. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving messages; opting out does not remove an entry already made.
The Sponsor may cancel or modify the drawing if fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond its control compromises its integrity. By entering you agree to these rules and to the Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Entries made by automated means are void.
