My Usuals.for local businesses

Reward your regulars. Win back the ones who drift.

One card on the counter. Customers scan it every visit to build toward a reward you set — and when a regular quietly stops coming, My Usuals sends a warm, personal text to bring them back. Both mostly run themselves.

  • Paper punch cards get lost, forged, and left in a drawer — and tell you nothing about who's slipping away.
  • Regulars fade with no complaint and no goodbye, and you don't notice until the revenue is already gone.
  • Between rushes there's no time to stamp cards or text sixty people by hand.

What your customer sees at the counter

A punch card that can't be lost or faked.

Customers scan the card on the counter each time they come in. They see how close they are to their reward — you set how many visits it takes and what they get. Every check-in lands in your dashboard, one per customer per day.

The message your customer gets

One text. Sent the moment someone goes quiet.

My Usuals learns each customer's own rhythm. When a regular falls behind their normal pace, it drafts a message in your voice with a small offer — you approve it, or let it send on its own once you trust it.

What the drift costs

The rewards side keeps regulars coming. This is what the ones who still slip away cost you.

$
Estimated revenue lost / year

≈ $3,450

rounded to the nearest $50

Assumes about 1 in 5 of your weekly regulars quietly lapses over a year, and that each would have come in roughly twice a month. A rough estimate, not a guarantee.

Questions

Straight answers.

Do I need new hardware or a new POS?

No. You get a small printed QR card for the counter. Customers scan it with their own phone on every visit — the first time to leave a name and number, after that to check in and see their reward progress. Nothing to install, nothing that plugs into your register.

How does the punch card work — can customers cheat check-ins?

You set how many visits earn a reward and what the reward is. A customer can only check in once per day, and every check-in shows up in your dashboard, so you can spot anything odd. The reward is a code the customer shows you to redeem.

What does it cost after the founding period?

Your first 30 days are free. After the trial, founding members pay $25/month for as long as they stay subscribed — there is no step-up and the rate never rises, even when the standard price ($30/month) applies to new customers. If you cancel and later re-subscribe, standard pricing applies.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — one click inside your dashboard, effective immediately, no phone call and no “talk to a rep.” You can also reply STOP to any message to opt a customer out instantly.

Is my customer data safe?

Customer names and numbers are encrypted, stored only to run your win-back messages, and never sold or shared. Every text includes opt-out language, and opt-outs are honored automatically.
